PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff for a hemadynamometer with a built-in double bladder which can more accurately and precisely sense the pulse wave from the artery of a human body at the time of a highest blood pressure and a lowest blood pressure by providing a small-sized bladder around a large-sized bladder, and making a relatively large pulse wave be transmitted to the small-sized bladder. PSOLUTION: This cuff for the hemadynamometer with the built-in double bladder includes a cuff skin, the large-sized bladder, and the small-sized bladder. In this case, the cuff skin fixes the cuff to the arm, the wrist, the finger, and the leg or the like of the human body, and protects the bladder. The large-sized bladder is provided in the cuff skin, and expands by an air injection. The small-sized bladder is provided in the cuff skin together with the large-sized bladder, and effectively presses the artery section of the arm, the wrist, the finger, and the leg or the like of the human body on the inside of the large-sized bladder by expanding by air injection.
