PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program which enables a user to easily obtain data of hazardous areas or the like related to disaster prevention even with a mobile personal computer or a general-purpose personal computer, in which the hazardous areas are distinguished by colors and which makes the user feel no anxiety, and to provide a storage medium storing the program and a system for the program.;SOLUTION: The program in the storage medium 1 (CD, DVD) is a program for providing an aerial photograph and a map as a watermark image, and is installed on and used with a desktop type (or a mobile type) personal computer 2 having MSDOS function, multi-window function, multi-task function etc. as shown in the figure.
