PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-resolution image by eliminating ghost caused by the retroreflection of projected light. PSOLUTION: Minute ruggedness 5 is formed at random closely on the incident surface 2a of a Fresnel lens sheet 2. The glossiness (Gs60°) of the minute ruggedness 5 formed by a random pattern is ≤35%. The minute ruggedness 5 is semispherical, and its height difference is about 10μm and its maximum diameter is about 50μm. The projected light L receives a scattering effect by the minute ruggedness 5 on the incident surface 2a and is vectorially separated, so that light intensity is weakened and the occurrence of retroreflection light is restrained.
