PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the relative transaction method of a greenhouse gas emission credit for allowing even a plurality of greenhouse gas emitters to carry out the stable operation of the optimal greenhouse gas emission credit transaction.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a greenhouse gas emission credit transaction center 3 and a greenhouse gas emission credit transaction agent 4 for collecting and totaling greenhouse gas emission frames 5 of a specific large number of greenhouse gas emitters 1A and 1B which are not locally identical to grasp the total emission frame of the greenhouse gas in a real time, and for supplying the greenhouse gas with the necessary emission frame based on the total emission frame and greenhouse gas emitters 1A and 1B and greenhouse gas emission credit clients 2A and 2B respectively connected through a communicating means 8 to the greenhouse gas emission credit transaction center 3 and the greenhouse gas emission credit transaction agent 4.
