PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply prepare a hydrophilic sample for use in analyzing dioxins from a hydrophobic solvent solution of dioxins. PSOLUTION: The method for preparing the sample for use in analyzing dioxins includes a process of supplying the hydrophobic solvent solution of dioxins refined in a first column 101 to a second column 102 packed with alumina to make the same pass through the column 102, a process of supplying a hydrophilic solvent, capable of dissolving dioxins from a hydrophilic solvent supply part 106, and a process of ensuring the hydrophilic solvent, which passed through the second column 102, through an analyzing sample discharge pipe 107.
