PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire comprising the composite structure of a tread made of PU (polyurethane) elastomer and a rubber-made tire body, and its manufacturing method. PSOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the green tire comprising the composite structure of the PU elastomer-made tread and rubber-made tire body comprises a step for treating the surface of the rubber-made tire body and a step for forming the modified PU elastomer-made tread on the surface-treated tire body.
