PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter integrated type rotating machine that has taken into consideration the heat and vibration that an inverter device receives from the rotating electric machine, and also the constitution of a cooling system. PSOLUTION: The inverter device 212 includes a laminate 222, formed by alternately laminating a plurality of semiconductor modules and a plurality of coolers that cool the plurality of semiconductor modules in the vertical direction, and cooling water tanks 224, 226 arranged on both sides of the laminate. The inverter device 212 is mounted on a housing 36, that accommodates motor generators 14, 16 with bottom faces of the laminate 222 and the cooling water tanks 224, 226 as attachment faces. The cooling water tanks 224, 226 have circulation ports at the bottom faces, and the circulation ports of the cooling water tanks 224, 226 are connected to cooling water passages 228, 230 of the motor generators 14, 16, respectively.
