PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the abnormality of a body in an early stage more accurately than before by detecting biological information at a plurality of parts of the right half and left half of the body in a biological information monitoring method. PSOLUTION: In the biological information monitoring method, a plurality of biological information sensor modules respectively provided with a biological information sensor for detecting the biological information are directly mounted on respectively different positions of the right half and left half of the body, the biological information sensors of the biological information sensor modules detect the biological information at the respective parts of the body, and abnormality is judged by comparing the obtained biological information items with each other.
