PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the prevention of howling and the occurrence of blocked reception in a loud speaker mode without degrading the voice quality.;SOLUTION: A voice loss control method is provided which includes; speech state decision processing of being able to decide a simultaneous speaking state that a voice signal to be received is included in a reception signal and a voice signal to be transmitted is included in a sound collection signal, and a silent state that voice signals are not included in the reception signal neither the sound collection signal; loss total amount determination processing of determining the total amount of loss which reception variable loss processing and transmission variable loss processing should give; and loss distribution determination processing of determining distribution of loss amounts which should be given to a reception signal line and a transmission signal line by reception variable loss processing and transmission variable loss processing, in accordance with the state discriminated by speech state decision processing and the total amount of loss.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
