PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide card creation equipment which automatically conducts card assortment for selecting a prescribed card material from a plurality of card materials on the occasion of creating a card. PSOLUTION: Based on the results of detection of the information on the card assortment included in the information used for creation of the card and detection of the presence or absence of specified information, the prescribed card material is selected from the card materials in a plurality of kinds and an ID card is prepared by using that card material, in this card creation equipment.
