PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a compound soft magnetic material having excellent magnetic characteristic, high strength and high specific resistance.;SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a compound soft magnetic material having excellent magnetic characteristic, high strength and low core loss, silicone resin film deposited soft magnetic powder with very thin silicone resin film of the thickness of 0.1-5 μm deposited on the surface of soft magnetic powder or phosphate film coated soft magnetic powder is heated to room temperature to 150°C, the silicone resin film deposited soft magnetic powder heated to room temperature to 150°C is filled in a die heated to the temperature of 100-150°C, compacted at the compaction pressure of 600-1,500 MPa, and the obtained molding is baked at the temperature of 400-600°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
