INTERNET VPN CONFIGURATION SYSTEM, CONTROL SERVER AND VPN CONFIGURATION METHOD FOR USE THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet VPN configuration system capable of configuring Internet VPN easily without requiring the subscriber's own technical knowledge in which a service provider can reduce dispatch and personal education of maintenance personnel.;SOLUTION: A router 12 with VPN termination function configures a passage being encrypted and encapsulated by IPSec between the router and a VPN unit 3 through the Internet 100 thus establishing a control VPN 112. When the router 12 with VPN termination function requests authentication for a control server 1, the control server 1 authenticates the router 12 with VPN termination function by an individual identifier. If authentication is successful, the router 12 with VPN termination function informs a dynamic global IP address assigned from ISP#B to the control server 1.
