PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 2nd agent for an oxidative hair dye, safely and easily blendable with a 1st agent even if the 1st agent is not of specific form and also good in the storage stability of the preparation, and to provide such a two-agent oxidative hair dye using the 2nd agent.;SOLUTION: The 2nd agent comprises (A) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester, (B) a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, (C) a higher alcohol and (D) an oxidizing agent.
