PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide and utilize a means for enhancing effects of a tumor antigen peptide as a preventing agent and/or a treating agent of cancer.;SOLUTION: The partial peptide of a protein expressed in a tumor cell and including an amino acid sequence of a peptide having activities for inducing a cytotoxic T-cell, preferably the peptide capable of activating a CD4-positive T-cell by being recognized by the CD4-positive T-cell is provided. The preventing agent and/or the treating agent of the cancer contains the peptide and the tumor antigen peptide.
