PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform check of clearance corresponding to safety standard even in a part where potential difference is large like a power supply part of a printed circuit board. PSOLUTION: Clearance distance between a conductor pattern of a circuit network which is made into reference, and a conductor pattern of a circuit network which is made into an object and different from the above circuit network made into the reference is measured in a part wherein the conductor pattern of the circuit network made into the reference, and the conductor pattern of the circuit network made into the object can be connected with the shortest segment, by evading the conductor pattern of the circuit network made into the reference and the conductor pattern of the circuit network which is different from the circuit network made into the object.
