PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing components of a stainless steel or a maraging steel more toughened than a conventional ausforming product in addition to that a period of time needed to the operation can be shortened and the degradation of a characteristic is avoided by suppressing the increase of the residual γ-quality in the improvement of an ausforming which is performed as a toughening means of an age-hardening stainless steel or the maraging steel.;SOLUTION: (1) The age-hardening stainless steel or the maraging steel is heated to 950 to 1,200°C at 0.1 to 1,000°C/sec temperature rising rate within 30 min holding time and austenized; (2) the γ-structure formed with the recrystallization is pulverized by giving a pre-changing treatment of 30 to 90% accumulated working ratio at 850 to 1,200°C; (3) work-hardening is caused by working at least ≥10% working ratio in 850°C and than martensite transformation point and bainite transformation point or above; (4) the martensite or the bainite structure is formed by cooling; and (5) the aging treatment is applied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
