STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING MUNTIN AND HORIZONTAL MUNTIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a muntin and a horizontal muntin substantially flush by a non-screw method in the form of an intersection.;SOLUTION: The horizontal muntin 5 forms a slit groove S in a substantially center part by extension pieces 5a and 5b formed on each of opposite wall faces. The muntins 4 and 4 form engaging pieces 4a and 4b on opposite inner wall faces respectively. The front and rear faces of a part connecting the muntin 4 in the horizontal muntin 5 are cut with a muntin width respectively to expose the slit groove S. A part connecting the horizontal muntin 5 in the muntin 4 is cut with a horizontal muntin width to expose the engaging pieces 4a and 4b. A plate-like joint member 6 provided with locking pieces 6a-6d capable of engaging with the engaging pieces 4a and 4b on a front end side and a rear end side respectively. The muntins 4 and 4 are fitted so as to fit cut parts on each of the front and rear face sides of the horizontal muntin 5, and the engaging pieces 4a and 4b are engaged with the locking pieces 6a-6d of the plate-like joint member 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
