PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize quick and correct transmission of information for effective application of the information because the real time seismic information is allowed with a very limited short time before the arrival of the S wave. PSOLUTION: At a place where the display 1 is installed, in the case of the marginal time t is 10 sec, and the magnitude of the earthquake is 5, the disaster by the earthquake becomes large. Therefore, the column for 5 in the magnitude of the earthquake is indicated with red, the column for 3-4 in the magnitude is indicated with yellow, and that for 3 is indicated with blue. In the case, the marginal time t is 10 sec., the display informs users that the main seismic movement of the earthquake will arrive in a short time by turning on the display, if the marginal time t is 10-20 sec., it turns intermittently on with an interval of 0.5 sec., and if the t is 20 sec. the display intermittently turns on with the interval of 1 sec.
