PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the efficiency of business by computerizing the issue of a taxi ticket.;SOLUTION: A user terminal A100, being a communications terminal carried by a user A transmits information on conditions using a taxi to a customer enterprise apparatus 200 installed at a customer enterprise, being a user A-affiliated enterprise and requests the issue of an electronic ticket, being the computerized and filed taxi ticket.
