PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic ticket system, an electronic ticket method and an electronic ticket program by which tickets are efficiently purchased, stored and free from being left or scattered. SOLUTION: An electronic ticket issuance management server 12 is constituted of a receiving part 4 for receiving an issuance request of an electronic ticket from a user terminal 3 connected via a network 2, an identification code storage part 5 for storing identification codes to be imparted by every electronic ticket, a detecting part 6 for detecting an identification code imparted to the requested electronic ticket, an issuing part 8 for transmitting the detected identification code to the user terminal 3 and for issuing the electronic ticket, a detected identification code storage part 9 for storing the detected identification code, a collating part 10 for collating the identification code transmitted to the user terminal 3 with the detected identification code, and a transmitting part 11 for transmitting a collation result to the user terminal 3.
