PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting a plant fermented extract replacing agrochemicals and chemical fertilizers by activating useful microorganisms for fermenting the materials to be fermented for aiming to create a material replacing the agrochemicals such as herbicides, bactericides, insecticides, and chemical fertilizers giving adverse effects to global environmental pollution as well as even to human dietary lifestyle-related diseases. PSOLUTION: A liquid of useful microorganisms for fermenting is provided by mixing extract liquid of stevia stems and roots 21 and Acanthropanax senticosus extract liquid 11 with 200 ml dark sugar, 100 ml honey and 200 ml beat oligo sugar as nutrition sources for fermenting bacteria in wavy water 101 made as having small clusters, agitating well, blending 20 ml useful microorganisms EM or AZ-X, agitating well, keeping temperature at around 25C for 5 days. Then, a material to be fermented is prepared by crushing/grinding cooked or raw materials consisting of 61 kinds consisting mainly of plants. By adding the liquid of the useful microorganisms for fermenting 201 to the material to be fermented 101 and fermenting, the liquid replacing the agrochemicals and chemical fertilizers is extracted.
