PRINTING INK FOR PLASTIC FILM AND PLASTIC FILM PRINTED MATTER PRINTED USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink which imparts antistatic property to a transparent or translucent plastic film and deals with environmental issues by providing an aqueous antistatic ink.;SOLUTION: Antistatic property is imparted to the printed ink used for a transparent or translucent plastic film printed matter. Particularly, antistatic property is imparted to a reverse printing ink to yield a printed matter excellent in antistatic property. This enables antistatic property to be imparted through a printing step and therefore realizes improved performance and reduced cost compared to those in a conventional method for imparting antistatic property to the plastic film.
