PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superfine silver oxide powder suspension which comprises superfine silver oxide powder having a fine particle diameter which has not existed before and has excellent dispersibility, and is simultaneously preservable over a long period of time, and to provide its production method. PSOLUTION: The superfine silver oxide powder suspension is obtained by dispersing silver oxide powder into a solvent. The solvent is a mixed solvent consisting of water and/or an organic solvent and a dispersant. In the superfine silver oxide powder, the mean particle diameter DSBIA/SBof primary particles obtained by the image analysis of a scanning electron microscope image is 0.01 to 0.15 m, and the mean particle diameter DSB50/SBby a laser diffraction scattering particle distribution measuring method is 0.04 to 0.3 m.
