PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silver powder having low temperature sintering properties which have not been obtained heretofore, and further dispersibility closer to single dispersion in which the flocculation of particulate matters is hardly caused. PSOLUTION: Superfine silver particulate-stuck silver powder obtained by sticking superfine silver particles with a particle diameter in a nanoorder onto the surfaces of the particulate matters of silver powder is adopted. Further, in the superfine particulate-stuck silver powder, the particulate matters have high dispersibility which has not been obtained heretofore. In the method for producing the superfine silver particulate-stuck silver powder, silver powder slurry obtained by adding silver powder to a dispersion medium is admixed with silver nitrate and a neutralizer, they are stirred and dissolved to precipitate superfine silver oxide particles on the surfaces of the particulate matters of the silver powder, washing is performed, and ultraviolet irradiation is performed thereto, and the superfine silver oxide particles are reduced into superfine silver particles.
