PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete using regenerated aggregate in which the strength is increased and the workability is secured by controlling the formulation of the concrete. PSOLUTION: The regenerated aggregate obtained by crushing scrapped concrete is used in an air dried state as at least a part of aggregate A in the concrete. The corrected water quantity W3 of the aggregate to be added to the water quantity W of the specified mix proportion is reduced to the prescribed corrected water quantity W2 of the aggregate to correct compared with the water content of the aggregate to the water content in the surface dried state.
