PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance personnel skill management system that accurately determines the skill of maintenance personnel to make them applicable to a variety of processes. PSOLUTION: The maintenance personnel skill management system includes: a first database 11 in which the time required for a maintenance person with average skills to carry out inspection and repair is stored as average process time for each kind of inspection and repair; a second database 12 in which skill values showing the skill of maintenance personnel are stored; and a processor 10 that calculates the skill values of the maintenance personnel on the basis of the difference or ratio between the average process time stored in the first database and the actual process time required for the maintenance person to carry out actual inspection and repair and registers the values in the second database.
