PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a long-sized building decorative wall having a daylighting function and a ventilation function, the mounting structure and mounting construction method of the panel and the decorative-wall structure of a building by the panel for the building decorative wall and a construction method for the decorative-wall structure.;SOLUTION: A panel material for the building decorative wall is composed of webs formed in a long-sized rectangular surface, flanges formed at both edge sections of the webs and lips formed inwards from the flanges. A plurality of slots are formed to the webs. The panels clamp the lips by backing materials and clamping members.
