PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric apparatus from failing or being damaged due to rust resulting from waterdrops and recover accumulated waterdrops.;SOLUTION: The cabinet comprises a heater for preventing an electric apparatus from dewing, a frame with a roof for housing the electric apparatus and the heater, and a flat plate having a plurality of holes of a size enough to pass water vapor warmed by the heater disposed in the roof, except waterdrops cooled after passing there. The flat plate is inclined to the horizontal to flow waterdrops down along the frame inner side, thereby preventing the waterdrops from hitting on the electric apparatus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
