PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a significant system used for home delivery service of meals for elderly person living alone and related to care service. PSOLUTION: A first computer 1 of each care manager office executes an output program 135 for service provision of the next day and puts information about a person requiring care for whom home care service is provided and information about a person requiring meal delivery for whom meal delivery service is provided together for each helper and outputs it as a helper reminder sheet. A second computer 2 of a management center executes a total number calculation program 235 and the number of delivery of the meals of the next day for each delivery location. The number of meals are manufactured and delivered to delivery locations by a delivery means 4. The helper drops in at specified delivery locations as confirming it by the helper reminder sheet, receives the number of meals to distribute on the day and goes to the home care service and the meal delivery service.
