PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desktop type refreshing breeze fan with consideration for health of human body constituted such that water which is poured into tank section from water cartridge tank is purified by filter, purified water is absorbed through rotation of a water absorption fabric filter wound-type turning fan, water of the water absorption fabric filter is vaporized, and cleaned and discharged by a blower fan and a photocatalyst lamp.;SOLUTION: The desktop type refreshing breeze fan is constituted that a body is formed in a hollow, approximate quadrilateral, a disc pedestal rotatable from side to side is situated at a bottom part, a rotating auto-louvre is attached to a front, a photocatalyst light is attached to the internal part of a body situated in the rear part of an auto-louver, a blower fan is situated at its rear part, the water absorption fabric filter wound-turning fan is attached in the rear of the blower fan, a water tank part is situated at the lower part of the water absorption fabric filter wound-turning fan together with a filtering device, turning is effected in such a state that the peripheral edge of the water absorption fabric filter wound-turning fan is soaked in the water tank part, a removable water cartridge tank is situated at one of the sides of the body, with a check valve attached to the lower end of the water cartridge tank, the water cartridge tank can be inserted in the filtering device, and a dustproof filter is attached to the back cover of the body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
