PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmless bullet for a rifle and a harmless slug bullet for a shotgun with respect to natural environment protection.;SOLUTION: The bullet for the rifle and the slug bullet for the shotgun are made using nontoxic copper as a material and provided with a plurality of grooves 8 in a surface of the bullet. Accordingly, modification or change in a cartridge case, shooting powder, a detonating cap or the like is not necessary, elongation property is low, accuracy of fire is stably high, purposive characteristics in destructive power are realized, a barrel is free of excessive shooting pressure, a rifle in the barrel is free of excessive abrasion, characteristics in destructive power and a skip distance are eliminated to improve safety, and a rate of collection of an objective animal for hunting can be increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
