PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist rest also used as a nap pillow, which is used as the nap pillow portable due to a reduction in weight and size, and used as the wrist rest supporting wrists in operating a keyboard of a personal computer. PSOLUTION: The wrist rest employs a flexible and elastic material, the main body has a cylindrical shape having a substantially elliptical cross-section, the thickness is large at the center part, and gradually reduces and then slightly increases toward both ends, and projections allowed to be connected with each other are provided at both ends.
