PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device identification information management system, a network device, a device management terminal, a program for a device, a program for a terminal, and a device identification information management method suitable for safely operating a device identifier.;SOLUTION: A network printer 100 generates an extended device identifier on the basis of dynamic information, generates a device identifier to be registered including a basic device identifier of a storage device 62 and the generated extended device identifier, and transmits the generated device identifier to be registered to a printer management server 200 and notifies it to the user. The printer management server 200 temporarily registers the received device identifier to be registered in a storage device 82 when receiving the device identifier to be registered.
