PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide software for sale of a building that supports sales activities prior to completion of the building and can be used both by a highly capable salesman and a less capable salesman depending on their skill.;SOLUTION: Contents of a series of sales activities on receipt of an order for a building from analysis of sales forces to a conclusion of a contract including a period when a customer is not decided yet are divided into a plurality of steps. Data of necessary items regarding analysis, reporting, and management corresponding to each step are stored in a first recording medium 1. Data on a series of operational techniques with regard to receipt of an order for a building from analysis of sales forces to a conclusion of a contract including a period when a customer is not decided yet corresponding to each of the divided steps stored in the first recording medium are stored in a second recording medium 2.
