PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate required time expectation for fixed property investigation from a relation between the previous investigation results and required time results for the investigation.;SOLUTION: A fixed property management device 10 is provided with a fixed property DB11 for registering fixed property information 11a including the quantity of fixed property and required time results 11b for the investigation by associating them with each other, an update means 12 for updating the fixed property DB11 when the fixed property information is changed from the previous investigation point of time, a department code input means 13 for accepting the input of a department code, a fixed property information extraction means 14 for extracting the fixed property information from the fixed property DB11 according to the department code, an update decision means 15 for deciding whether or not the quantity of fixed property has been updated from the extracted fixed property information and a required time calculation means 16 for, when the quantity has been updated, calculating investigation required time expectation based on the quantity based on a relation between the quantity included in the fixed property information in the previous investigation time and the required time results for the quantity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
