PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify the status of fixed property based on the investigation result of investigated fixed property to count the number, and to screen-display the number of fixed property counted for each status to easily grasp the number of fixed property corresponding to the classified status.;SOLUTION: A fixed property management device 10 is provided with a fixed property DB11 for registering fixed property information 11a for each department, an investigation result input means 12 for accepting the input of an investigation result relating to the fixed property whose investigation has been executed, an investigation result registering means 13 for registering the accepted investigation result of the fixed property by associating it with the fixed property information 11a corresponding to the fixed property, a fixed property classifying means 14 for classifying the status of the fixed property whose investigation has been executed based on a registered investigation result 11b, a count means 15 for counting the number of the fixed property in the classified status for each status, a screen information generation means 16 for generating screen information for screen-displaying the counted number of fixed property for each status and a screen information output means 17 for outputting the generated screen information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
