PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely deliver a commodity in stock in a train, ordered by a passenger at a time desired by the passenger even if commodity is not in stock.;SOLUTION: The passenger orders the commodity by use of a passenger order terminal 11, and the order information is transmitted to a train management device 13 with necessary time information. The train management device 13 checks a stock in the train, and when the commodity is in stock, it is reported to a service portable terminal 12 carried by a sales service clerk, and the sales service clerk takes out the commodity from a commodity housing chamber 14 and delivers it to the passenger's seat. When no stock in the train is present, and the necessary time is immediate, the sales is not established. When no stock in the train is present, and the necessary time is after getting off the train, the arrangement of the commodity is requested to a ground management device 21. The ground management device 21 arranges the delivery of the commodity to the closest delivery center of the getting-off station. When no stock in the train is present, and the necessary time is sufficient up to the getting-off, a stock in the ground is checked, and if the commodity is in stock, a station capable of stocking up the commodity is examined to stock up it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
