PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-corrosive metallic material which acquires corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance in an easy process extremely high enough to be applicable to a member exposed to a severer corrosive condition.;SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy plate is subjected to a shot peening treatment at a shot particle velocity of not less than 100 m/s using a 5 to 20 μm spherical zircon particle as a shot particle. By this a nano-crystal having a crystal grain of not more than 100 nm is produced in the portion from the surface of the aluminum alloy to 2 μm to 5 μm depth, and hardness and corrosion resistance are increased. A metallic coating (reactive coating of colloidal silica and polyisocyanate) same as the coating of the actual aluminum alloy panel is applied to the aluminum alloy plate and is cured for 40 minutes at 170°C. The obtained sample is subjected to the tests including hardness, adhesion, water resistance, alkali discoloration resistance, acid discoloration resistance, water discoloration resistance, volatile oil resistance, salt water spray test, CASS test, combined cycle test, accelerated weather resistance and weather resistance.
