PSOLUTION: The end face of the piercing terminal 100 in both sides in the width direction is supported by a guide member 310, the piercing terminal is pushed up by a lower side member 320, the protruded piece of the piercing terminal is pierced into a flat conductor 210 of the flat type flexible cable 200 pinched by the guide member and a first upper side member 330 except a site into which the protruding piece 122 is pierced, the protruded piece protruded upward is guided to a protruded piece housing part 332 of a first upper side member, next the first upper side member is replaced by a second upper side member 340, the piercing terminal is pushed up further by the lower side member, and the protruded piece protruded upward is bent into the width direction by a bent guide part 342 of the protruded piece of the second upper side member. A protrusion 123, pierced into the flat type conductor of the flat type flexible cable, reaching the end face of the flat flexible cable in almost height direction, is arranged to the piercing terminal.
