METHOD FOR INVESTIGATING DNA HAVING ACTIVITY FOR INHIBITING PROTEOLYTIC ENZYME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a DNA having high possibility of having inhibiting activities can be extracted from two or more candidate DNAs by one inhibition-examining test.;SOLUTION: The method for investigating the DNA having the activities for inhibiting a proteolytic enzyme comprises (1) mixing the proteolytic enzyme with a complex obtained by binding the DNA having affinity for the proteolytic enzyme with a substrate of the proteolytic enzyme to conjugate the proteolytic enzyme with the complex, (2) bringing the resultant conjugate of the proteolytic enzyme with the complex into a state in which the proteolytic enzyme can react with the substrate, (3) bringing the conjugate into a state in which the conjugate is dissociated, and (4) isolating the complex having the undecomposed substrate from the complex having the decomposed substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
