PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear imparting method which can obtain a shear imparted mold body in which yield is good and the whole body is made to be approximately uniform state, using a molding material.;SOLUTION: The shear imparting method, in which a shear imparted mold body 27 is molded by pressurizing and moving a molding material 25 in a material passage 13 equipped with corners 16, comprises a material supplying process and a shear imparting process. And, in the shear imparted mold body 27 is obtained when a cross section shape of the material passage 13 is made to be a rectangular, in which the length of the direction along a ridgeline portion 16a of corners 16 is 4 cm and the length of the direction perpendicular to the ridgeline portion 16a is 1cm, the difference of electrical resistivity between a part passing an external angle side of the corners 16 and a part passing an internal angle side is made to be one third. Moreover, by using the shear imparted mold body 27 obtained by the shear imparting method as the molding material, the treatment comprising the material supply process and the shear imparting process is performed once or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
