PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oxide ceramic structure which resists to high-temperature corrosion at a high temperature above 1,000°C in an environment where steam and an alkali are present and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The non-oxide ceramic structure comprises a non-oxide ceramic substrate and a high-temperature-corrosion-resistant layer formed thereon and containing an eutectic crystal of a rare earth silicate (Ln2Si2O7, where Ln is a rare earth element) and mullite (Al6Si2O13).
