PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prior person notification portable terminal for notifying that a prior person is present near a support place by utilizing a response signal from an IC tag.;SOLUTION: This prior person notification portable terminal 1 is provided with: an IC tag reading part 11 for reading IC tag information from a first IC tag 3 carried by the prior person and a second IC tag 5 installed at the support place, respectively; a prior person information acquiring part 12 for extracting prior person information showing that a person is a prior person from the read IC tag information; a seat information acquiring part 13 for extracting support information showing that a place is the support place (priority seat 4) from the read IC tag information; a notification instructing part 14 for instructing notification when the prior person information is acquired and the support information (seat information) is also acquired; and a notifying part 15 for performing notification according to the instruction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
