PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for knitting an intarsia pattern, by which the skipping of a yarn is not caused, even when the border of the intarsia pattern is discontinuously changed.;SOLUTION: The method for knitting the intarsia pattern comprises subjecting a yarn feeder to one reciprocation in a section where the border of the intarsia pattern is discontinuously changed and where the feeding-finishing position of the yarn feeder and the next feeding-starting position are jumped, thus forming a half of a knit stitch and the other half in a target section on the outward way and the homeward way, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
