PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing time and labor required for adjusting a three dimensional LUT that specifies conversion from a color image data which is inputted to a color image data for outputting that is adapted to an output. PSOLUTION: The color conversion system equipped with: a three-dimensional LUT34 comprises a one-dimensional LUT generator 41 which generates a one-dimensional LUT for an achromatic color axis of the three-dimensional LUT from a target concentration and its output concentration selected from on the achromatic axis; a color distance calculator 42 for obtaining color distance that represents dispersion from the achromatic axis of lattice points of the three-dimensional LUT; a weight factor determiner 43 which determines a weight factor according to the color distance when applying a corrective factor of the achromatic axis that is based on the one dimensional LUT to the three-dimensional LUT; and an LUT adjuster 44 which adjusts the three dimensional LUT using the determined weight factor and the corrective factor.
