PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission right transaction method which promotes emission right transactions, and also provide an emission right transaction management server and a program thereof.;SOLUTION: The emission right transaction method includes; a step which receives contents of an emission right for emitting a prescribed substance, which is expected to be generated in the future, from the terminal 30 of a firm which wants to sell the emission right; a step which transmits the contents to a client terminal 40 when the contents are received; a step which receives purchase desire information and identification information from the client terminal 40 and stores them; a step which receives contents of an actually generated emission right from the terminal 30 of the firm which wants to sell the right; and a step which transmits information notifying that the emission right can be sold to the client terminal 30 when certification information on the emission right from a certifying institution is inputted and the contents of the actually generated emission right is received.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
