PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and easily display information about a generation cause and its treatment contents of a phenomenon occurring in equipment maintenance/operation work. PSOLUTION: For every two related phenomena among respective phenomena occurring during the equipment maintenance/operation work, the knowledge base 14 stores contents of the both phenomena and cause-effect relationship information showing the cause-effect between them as link information. Among the respective link information stored in the knowledge base 14, link information including a phenomena related to the contents of the input phenomena is searched as related link information by a relation link search means 15. The contents of the phenomena included in the acquired relation link information and the cause-effect relationship information is presented by a search result presentation means 15B.
