PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attribute responder, a terminal device, an attribute response system, and an attribute response method allowing a contents provider to prevent acquisition of incorrect attribute information due to erroneous input and the like by a contents user while preventing leakage of the attribute information of the contents user.;SOLUTION: An input transmission part 12 in a portable terminal 1 transmits input attribute information. A query part 25 in a contents provider server 2 transmits query data for asking whether the input attribute information is correct or not. A DB collation part 33 in an attribute response institution server 3 collates the input attribute information of the contents user included in the received query data with that stored in an internal DB 35.
