PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a wet back in a humor absorbing pad, such as a urine absorbing pad, which is used in a state where the pad is attached to the used surface of a disposable diaper and also in a humor absorbing article.;SOLUTION: In the urine absorbing pad 1 in which an absorber 4 is interposed between a humor-permeable top sheet 3 and a humor-permeable back sheet 2, a sheet through which holes 3p are formed from the body side to the absorber 4 side is used as the top sheet 3. Consequently, the occurrence of wet back (a phenomenon in which a humor permeated to the absorber 4 side of the top sheet 3 returns to the body side of the sheet 3 and which is also called as the "reversion") can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
