METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING RECRUITING EMPLOYEE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metod and a system for supporting recruiting an employee by which talent selection considering information on a job applicant who cannot be speculated only by a resume and correct/incorrect answers of problems while labor and cost for recruiting on a company-side are made efficient and labor is saved.;SOLUTION: In this method, a terminal computer that the job applicant can use accesses a recruiting site established in a server computer on an adoption company-side, and the adoption company-side performs recruitment and selection by referring to transmitted job applicant information. The method includes a process for permitting the terminal computer to make an answer to an item supplied from the server computer, a process for permitting the terminal computer to transmit the answer and history to the answer to the server computer and a process for permitting the server computer to associate the answer and history as a part of job applicant information and to record it in a job applicant database at every job applicant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
